the money does smell like maple, if you smell where the little maple leaf is.. i’m pretty sure you’re not going to randomly sniff money in your work place, but i was told by someone that it does and i tried it and it does, you can’t just smell it if you have it in your hands.. you have to put it up to your face and it has to be a NEW bill, i got it from the bank, i’m pretty sure i would know .

I have probably smelt 50+ $100 bills. As well as 2 “fresh from the bank” ones… They don’t smell.
